We recently sold our condo unit through Robert, and were more than pleased with his guidance through the process. This was not a high end unit, but Robert accurately assessed the proper price point, leading to more than thirty showings in the space of a month, often with realtor comments that "the price is right." The process seemed more complicated than in the past when we bought the condo and a home in Emerald Lakes, in Naples, back in 1994, but he provided clear explanations, and stayed in constant contact with us. Robert is clearly a true professional who knows the Naples market, and puts the same amount of effort into a transaction, no matter what the final commission might be. He deserves a five star rating, and your most serious consideration when either buying or selling a property.

Doreen Doyle is a true professional. She listened to what we said and then presented a marketing plan and an assessment of the property. Ms. Doyle handled the open house, dealing with the property manager, inspections, and and a maintenance repair of the ac. The condo was sold on the first day and closed 5 weeks later. We couldn’t have been more pleased.
